The artwork ‘Justitien-Archiv’ from 2023 consists of a light box made of aluminium, which is equipped with slide films from a Hessian university slide library that was dissolved in 2018. The work was developed for a local court and acquired via the special ‘Art’ fund of the state of Hesse. From a distance, the slides look like a mosaic of light, but on closer inspection, the content is revealed: the slides show a cross-section of the most diverse depictions of Justitia and other motifs of justice from the entire history of art.
